These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 786bb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 786bb website located at https://786bb.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through that website.

786bb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The account is a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or money laundering.

• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require 786bb to restrict or terminate the account.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, 786bb will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account — net of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to the player's most recently used BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within a reasonable timeframe. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations may be forfeited at 786bb's discretion.
